- 2 large chicken breasts
- 7 oz can of green chiles
- 1 cup tomatillo salsa
- 2 cups frozen corn
- 1 onion, diced
- 2 cans white beans, rinced
- 3 cloves of garlic, minced
- 1 tsp salt
- 1/4 tsp cayenne
- 4 tsp chili powder
- 1.5 tsp cumin
- 4 cups of chicken broth
- 4 oz of cream cheese, cubed
Instructions
- Place all ingredients EXCEPT the cream cheese in the slower cooker and set to low for 6-8 hours.
- When the chicken is cooked through, shred and return to pot.
- Add the cubed cream cheese and put the slow cooker on high until the cream cheese is melted and combined.
