Description

Creamy, spicy and loaded with chicken. Perfect for the big game or just because it’s delicious. Can be served hot or cold.


Ingredients

Units Scale
  • 2 cups shredded chicken (about one large breast)
  • 2 oz of blue cheese, crumbled
  • 3 oz cream cheese, room temperature
  • 1/2 tsp onion powder
  • 1/3 cup sour cream
  • 1/3 cup buffalo sauce (I like Frank’s)
  • salt to taste

Instructions

If eating hot: preheat the oven to 350 degrees

Mix all the ingredients together. If serving hot, bake for 10-15 minutes or until heated through.

Garnish with chopped green onion and more blue cheese.
