I’m a drink menu girl, and I LOVE a festive, themed drink. This Caramel Cider Spritz is sweet, tangy, spicy and bubbly. All of my favorite things. It’s a perfect Thanksgiving cocktail.
Caramel Cider Spritz

- 2 oz spiced apple cider
- 1.5 oz spiced rum
- caramel sauce
- lemon wedge
- sparkling wine
Instructions
Optional: drizzle a little caramel sauce on the inside of your glass.
In a cocktail shaker combine the cider, rum, squeeze of lemon and squeeze of caramel. Shake. Top with sparkling wine. Garnish with apple slices.
