The espresso martini may just be the perfect drink. I little caffeine pick-me-up before dinner, or as a dessert drink at the end of the night (I like to use decaf espresso if I’m having one later in the evening). A coffee lovers dream cocktail.
Espresso Martini

- 1 oz espresso
- 1 oz vanilla vodka
- 1 oz coffee liquor
Instructions
Pour all ingredients in a cocktail shaker of ice. Shake and strain into your chilled martini glass. Top with coffee beans.
Notes
I use a Nespresso pod for my martinis.
